The CoolMitt® cooling glove was developed at Stanford University to increase physical and cognitive performance. This vasocooling technology with the ideally tempered cooling pad promotes the body's own thermoregulation and thus the functioning of your body. Originally developed with research funding from DARPA for the US military, CoolMitt® is now used by elite athletes worldwide in almost all sports.

Heat is THE limiting factor for physical and mental performance. Exercise and external factors heat up the muscles. If these can no longer be cooled sufficiently by the circulating blood, the body temperature increases. This leads to a restricted function of the PK enzyme in energy metabolism and thus to a lower energy supply. As a result, your body tires and the phenomenon of "muscle failure" occurs.

CoolMitt® uses special blood vessels in the palms of the hands to optimize the body's own thermoregulation.
