Right of withdrawal

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. You do not need to give reasons. However, we would be very happy to receive your feedback so that we can continually improve our products and services.

 

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you receive the goods. The day on which you receive the goods is not included and is not included in the calculation of the cancellation period.

Revocation

Inform us by email to hello@goonemore.at if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal to cancel your order. Please use the cancellation form provided by the WKO or tell us the following points directly in the email:

• Order date
• Order number
• name
• address

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a registered letter. Please send us the completed withdrawal form or the order details listed above to:

When sending by post, the day on which you posted the letter is of course the day on which you post it. You are responsible for providing proof that the letter was sent within the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract with us within the deadline, we will refund you the full amount you paid (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a more expensive type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Of course, there are no additional costs for you for the refund.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of submitting your cancellation notice.

We are free to wait with the refund until we have received confirmation from you that you have properly returned the goods or handed them over to our shipping company or that the goods have been received by us.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to an unnecessary inspection of the quality, properties and functioning. No compensation is payable if you remove the goods from the packaging and inspect them for the first time.

Instructions for a smooth return process

• Please pack the parts securely for transport and in the original packaging.
• If you only want to return individual items from your order, please inform us of this in your cancellation message.
